Days Three and Four at Disney

We spent most of day 3 at the Disney Studio park which was alot of fun. Bo and Carter were the heroes of the bunch riding the Tower of Terror 4 times each -- Bo's response since we've gotten home: "Daddy, we're not going back to that scary up and down house any more, NO SIR!!"...
Bo and Carter did get to meet the Little Einsteins which was Bo's favorite thing there.
Later that evening we went back to Epcot where we rode more of the rides there, met a few of the most popular characters including Mickey and Minnie, and got soaked on our way home.

Our last day was spent back in the Magic Kingdom. It was very apparent that the Spring Break crowd arrived this day as the crowds easily doubled and the ride lines were twice as long. We did get to take it easy and spent the day slowly re-riding alot of the big rides we had already ridden. That night, we went to the Main Street Light Parade and watched the fireworks show before packing it in for our trip.

All in all, a great trip. Great, but not restful at all. Bo, Carter and Paxton's smiles were worth every penny, every minute spent in line, every skinned knee and busted lip. It was a great trip with friends and family.

Enjoy the smiles.

Disney World Day 2

Sorry it's taken me so long to finish up posting our recent Disney trip pictures, but here's another installment:

On our second day, we spent the majority of the day at Disney's Animal Kingdom, which the boys really enjoyed. The highlight for all of us was the Safari ride which actually was impressive for the number of fairly up-close animals we got to see.
We got to see rhinos, elephants, monkeys, cheetahs, hippos, strange-looking cow creatures, antelope, warthogs, wildebeasts, and crocs. The lions were well-hidden on our Safari ride.

Paxton rode the new Everest Expedition ride with Chan, Marty and I. Have to admit that every other ride at Disney pales in comparison to this one. It was incredible...

Later that afternoon, we all went over to Epcot for a few hours in the park before dinner at the steak house in Canada which was great.
The smiles on the boys' faces said it all...

Day One in the Magic Kingdom

A few pictures from our first day in the Magic Kingdom...

We had a blast. The boys acted great considering we started at 8:30 and left the park at 5:30 with only one 30 minute stop for lunch.

Since I still haven't mastered video posting, I'll tell you that on some exclusive video footage, Bo's favorite ride was the "roller coasters" and the "race car" (also known as Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and Indy Motor Speedway). Carter's favorite rides were Splash Mountain and It's a Small World. Paxton's favorite rides were Space Mountain and Splash Mountain.

Last night, we had a great dinner at the California Grill... Bo fell asleep en route to the restaurant and then slept in two side-by-side chairs during the entire 1-2 hour meal.

This morning, he's already ready to go again. More later...

Disney World Vacation

We're on our way to Disney with Chan and Marty Brown and their two boys Paxton and Carter. Yesterday was a travel day and by the time we got here, our newly-4 year old was exhausted.

Anticipation is at an all-time high this morning. Cannot wait to share today's pictures with you.

More later tonight if I still have the energy...
